| General Information |
Fall 2010/Spring 2011 closed June 1st. If you need to cancel your registration, refund requests must be
made in writing to the registrar (Linda Procter) at the address below. Requests postmarked prior to 7/1/10 will
receive a 100% refund. Requests postmarked prior to 7/12/10 will receive a 50% refund. Refund requests
received 7/13/10 or later will not be honored.
Changes to volunteering discounts. Due to a high number of no-shows for the 2 hour volunteer shifts,
we unfortunately will be charging full price until the commitment has been filled. You will then receive either
the $10 or $20 discount back. This does not apply to coaching, ass't coaching, reffing, board or board
support positions. The registration fee is $60 per child and is for both the fall and spring sessions. However,
if you sign up for a one of the above mentioned volunteer positions, you can deduct $10 per child. If you sign
up for a 2 hour shift, please pay the full amount and you will be reimbursed after your shift. You must turn in
a signed copy of the volunteer sheet to receive this discount. (Download the volunteer sheet below.)
Unfortunately the majority of our costs are fixed so if you child only plays either fall or spring only, the fee
remains $60.
There is a family discount available for 3 or more registrations. The first 2 registrations are full price ($50 or
$60, depending on volunteering). All remaining registrations for the same household are $30 each.
We accept cash and checks made out to Byron Center AYSO. We are not set up to accept credit cards.

- Attend registration events. These dates are posted on this site and listed in school bulletins.
- Sign into eAYSO and print the form from the site. If your child has played in previous seasons, the
data will be retained. Just ensure data is correct and print. Then mail form and check to the address
listed below. - Download the registration form (pdf) from here or pick one up at the Byron Township offices. Fill it
out and mail form and check to the address listed below. Don't worry about Region info and Player
ID number.

Age Guidelines for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011
Players must have be 4 years of age by August 31 2010 to be able to play. Due to liability, there are no
exceptions to this. The following guidelines show what bracket they will play in. The U stands for Under.
Division Born Between
U16 . . . . . . . . 8/1/94 - 7/31/96
U14 . . . . . . . . 8/1/96 - 7/31/98

U10 . . . . . . . . 8/1/00 - 7/31/02

Unfortunately due to a lawsuit, the national rule this year - a child must play in his or her age bracket.
There is no playing "up" an age bracket (and as always, there is no playing down an age bracket).
